We divide your treatment plan into 3 phases.
Corrective Phase – Treatments are scheduled weekly (1-3 times per week depending on severity). The goal is to relieve symptoms and start the process of addressing the underlying cause.
Recovery Phase – Treatments are scheduled every two weeks. The goal is to maintain symptomatic relief while focusing on resolving underlying root causes and preventing future problems.
Maintenance Phase – Treatments are scheduled once a month or seasonally depending on the condition. The goal of this phase is to maintain progress and support overall health.
Acupuncture therapy is widely accepted because of the fact that it has no serious side effects. There is the risk of light bruising which is not very common.
